It’s so awesome to have you onboard and immersed in our community.

You may or may not be aware that the global fitness industry is valued at nearly $100 billion dollars and profits off our insecurities, self-doubt, and lack of awareness about our unique physiology. We have successfully created a generation and society of people that don’t know how to sustainably train, nourish their bodies, live a healthy lifestyle, or support their bodies from an internal perspective.

Despite what social media or popular culture might tell you, we can’t perpetually live in a caloric deficit or train to extremes. Our body has to feel safe to function optimally from a hormonal perspective, which in turn allows us to train and recover in alignment with the female physiology; not against it.

We recognise that it’s the bringing together of all of these aspects and applying the knowledge that can leave you feeling lost at sea. Which is why we offer our 1-2-1 remote coaching services where we flow alongside you and guide you towards complete health and performance.

You will learn to build a sustainable approach to your training and nutrition and recovery strategies that support female health and performance like never before. All backed by our extensive and ongoing education surrounding sex differences. We guide you towards a new wave of thinking.

POWER EATING

Here we coach you how to listen to hunger cues, hormonal waves, connect with the food that you eat and power your training effectively.

  • Restricting calories is your recipe for total wipeout as an active female.
  • Our bodies want and need to feel safe. They will do what it takes to feel safe, so chronically under-eating may do more harm than good.
  • Once you remedy your overall health such as gut health, thyroid function, immune system, hormone levels, menstrual cycle health THEN worry about chasing body composition changes.

ALWAYS chase health markers first. Once you have nailed the basics, then you can dive into the sexy stuff!

TRAIN WITH INTENT 

  • Do you constantly feel rundown despite training hours on end, or 5-6 times a week
  • never accomplish the ‘dream’ body
  • Feel like your progress has stagnated
  • Are feeling depleted from an energy perspective in other areas of your life
  • Have irregular menstrual cycles or complete loss of periods

We have developed supportive training methods that support your body and protect you from overtraining, and hormone/adrenal woes.

While it’s fun to push our limits in the gym and some people love spending hours working out, not everyone has that luxury or desire. It’s also crucial to assess if workouts truly align with our goals.

While high intensity training can be deemed as super fun, it may not give you the body comp, energy, health or performance progression you desire. And if hormones/adrenals are compromised, high-intensity exercise can be like adding fuel to the fire!

RECOVER SMART

We don’t just coach you to train with intent and power eat, we also support your lifestyle. Knowing that if you have balance across the board from a recovery standpoint, your health, performance and body composition as a female will benefit.
